User Agreement
Below are the terms and conditions governing the usage of www.coralseahotels.com.pg, a web site operated by Coral Sea
Hotels Limited, a registered Papua New Guinean company.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time.
1. Web site Content
We make every reasonable effort to check the accuracy and factual presentation of information on our web site at the time of
updating. However, we cannot guarantee that all information presented is up to
date or factually accurate.
2. Terms and Conditions of Service
(a) These rates are only available through our web sites and call-centres
and cannot be obtained by calling our partners or tour operators directly, as
they will not have our discounted rates in their system.
(b) For Online Booking, Credit Card holder must be part of travelling party.
• Your credit card is held as guarantee - not for payment.
• The guarantee is valid only after we confirm your room's - not before-
You make payment directly to hotel using cash or credit card when you check-in
• Penalty for late cancellation or no show with respect to any completed
reservation is specified on our web site’s reservation order form or
payment form.
• This penalty will no longer be valid once you have checked into the
hotel.
(c) We may require from you fax documents to support your booking. You need
to agree that your credit card will be charged in accordance to the
cancellation policies conditions imposed with respect to any completed
reservation specified on the reservation order form or payment form
(d) Every effort is made to ensure that the room type requested in your
original reservation is made available to you. However, we cannot guarantee the
actual bedding configuration (e.g., single, queen, king size beds) of the room.
These requests are forwarded to the hotel and are subject to availability on
the day of check-in. All additional requests (smoking room, etc) are also
subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by Coral Sea Hotels Ltd..
(e) Cancellation Policy:
Once you accept our reservation service, you agree to abide by our Company's
Cancellation terms and conditions as specified on our web site's reservation
order form or payment form.
During holiday periods, festive seasons, special events, super peak seasons,
the hotel hold the option to charge additional cancellation fees on top of what
was specified on the reservation order form or payment form without prior
notice and these charges will be borne by you and will be notified to you
accordingly. In some cases, we are unable to permit cancellation after they
have been made, generally for stays during the above periods.
Also some hotels may implement different cancellation policies from the
standard policy specified on the reservation order form or payment form which
will result in additional charges and these charges will be borne by you and
will be notified to you accordingly.
We need each cancellation to be confirmed by one of our staff. This policy
is to enable us to avoid incurring additional hotel charges on your account. If
for any reason you did not receive confirmation of your cancellation from our
staff within 24 hours after submission, you would need to resubmit your
cancellation notice as soon as possible.
Cancellation will not be entertained over phone unless extremely urgent. Please

(g) Amendment Policy:

Company's terms and conditions as specified on our web site's reservation order
form or payment form.

(h) Key Amendments after hotel voucher has been
issued (Please avoid last minute amendment) -Shortening of stay will be
considered as an amendment.
• A reduction in the number of rooms reserved will be considered as an amendment . However, cancellation policy as specified on the
reservation order form or payment form may apply if late notification is
received.
• An extension of stay and/or increase in the number of rooms reserved is
subject to availability and will be considered as an additional/second booking.
• A change in reservation from one hotel to another hotel is subject to
availability and will be considered as a cancellation of the existing booking.
The cancellation policy as specified on the reservation order form or payment
form will be applied accordingly.
• A change of the check-in and check-out period is subject to
availability and will be considered as cancellation of the existing booking.
The cancellation policy as specified on the reservation order form or payment
form will be applied accordingly.
(i) Please avoid multiple amendments as they may
give rise to complications as well as confusion at the hotel. If you submit
amendments to the original booking several times, Coral Sea Hotels Ltd reserves
the right to replace your original booking with a new booking reflecting all
these amendments, and charge you a cancellation fee of the original booking.
3. User's Warranties
When booking a reservation through our web site, you warrant to
give true and complete information to us including genuine credit card
details. From time to time, we display pictures for your convenience. Please
note that these pictures may differ from the actual services you receive.
Specifically, you warrant that you are legally authorized to act and
financially responsible for the use of your name and credit card account to pay
for all services purchased at our web site.
As a customer, you agree to accept email as a means of communication. The
confirmation or hotel voucher including other information that we provide to
you electronically via email shall satisfy any legal requirements that
communications be in writing.
We shall not be held responsible for incomplete booking order or irregular
payment details. Under extreme circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil the
booking contract for reasons beyond our control. The reasons may include but
not limited to governmental regulations or measures, and environmental or
natural disasters.
4. Liability Disclaimer
We make no representation about the information, quality, or its suitability of
our services as displayed in our web site. From time to time, we display
pictures for your convenience. Please note that these pictures may differ from
the actual services you receive.
Transactions over the Internet may be subject to interruption, transmission
blackout, delayed transmission due to Internet traffic or incorrect data
transmission due to the public nature of the Internet.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage (including without limitation
economic, special, punitive or consequential damages) arising directly or
indirectly from your access to or the use of this Site or the failure to do so.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages (including claims
for lost profits or lost business) arising from the usage of our web site's
information or services either directly or indirectly. The company disclaims
all implied warranties.
Coral Sea Hotels Ltd intends to provide you with all the services that you
request from us. In rare cases, when the hotel is not able to honour your
reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavour to
offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards. If this occurs, we
will contact you via email and request your authorization to proceed with this
new booking. If you decline the alternative, and you were already charged for
the original booking, a full refund will be given to you as soon as possible.
5. Governing Law
Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws
of Papua New Guinea and shall be legally binding on all parties. If any provision of this agreement
is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law by any
court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this agreement will
remain in full force and effect.
