ACCOUNTS:
The Reception Desk is manned 24 hours a day For inquiries regarding settlement of your account please ask for the Front Office Supervisor or Front Office Manager. Cash accounts are to be kept in credit at all times. We are unable to accept cheques as a form of payment, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Hotel Manager.

AIRLINE INFORMATION:
Air Niugini require all passengers to check-in a minimum of one hour prior to departure for domestic flights. In addition to this please note that the drive to Nadzab Airport is approximately 45 minutes.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Airport transfers to and from Nadzab Airport are conducted by various companies, who ask that bookings are made as far in advance as possible and no later than 4.30pm on the day prior to departure. For bookings please the Front Desk. Alternatively, please ask for Budget Chauffeur Drive

BABY SITTING:
Arrangements for a baby sitter can be made through Reception. Please note that 24 hours notice is requested. This service will be charged at K5.00 per hour, or part thereof, with a minimum of two hours. BAGGAGE:
For collection of luggage from your room, please contact Reception. Free storage of baggage is available for guests departing after the usual checkout time of 10.30am.

Free car parking is available 24 hours a day to all house guests. However, please note that the hotel is unable to accept responsibility for vehicles or their contents at any time.

DRESS CODE:
Although, generally speaking, informal attire is part of the Melanesian lifestyle, we request that guests refrain from wearing swim wear, going bare-chested or barefoot in the Coffee Shop, Restaurant or lobby. It is required that long trousers (or shorts with long socks), shoes and a collared shirt ate worn in the Restaurant and Bar areas at all times.

Bottled water is available for sale from our bars.

A 24 off-site service is available.

Should you require clean items to be ironed, a 75% charge of our usual laundry costs will apply.

Laptop computers may be plugged into the wall adaptors placed in each room.

HAIRDRESSING:
Fine Ideas Hari Salon is located within the hotel and will be able to meet all your grooming requirements. A beautician and masseuse are also available through the salon. Open Mon - Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm & 8.00am - 3.00pm Saturdays.

HOSPITALITY SUITES:
Should you wish to entertain, provide display space or arrange a meeting, we have a number of room alternatives to meet your requirements.

KEY:
Your room key should be left with Reception when leaving the hotel premises.

If something in your room is not in working order, please advise us so that we may rectify the matter as soon as possible. Alternatively, please complete a Maintenance Request form, which is placed in your room compendium and drop it at Reception.

Local authorities do not permit any animals to be kept on hotel premises.

    The opening hours of operation are 7.00am to 7.00pm daily. There is no lifeguard in attendance, so children 14 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.

International country codes can he found in the telephone directory in your room. IDD calls are cheaper between 10pm to 6.00am each day and all day Sunday.
    The hotel’s telephone system relies on meter pulses generated by Telikom and all calls are automatically charged to your account. Charges are pet unit pulse, and this rate varies on distance, length of call and the time a call is made. Calls within Port Moresby are not timed.
    Calls within the hotel are free of charge and can be made by simply dialing the room or extension number.
