Air Niugini require all passengers to check-in a minimum of one hour prior to departure for domestic flights. In addition to this please note that the drive to Nadzab Airport is approximately 45 minutes.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Airport transfers to and from Nadzab Airport are carried out by various companies, who ask that bookings are made as far in advance as possible, and no later than 4.30pm on the day prior to departure. For booking please contact the Front Office.

BABY SITTING:
Arrangements for a baby sitter can be made through Reception. Please note that 24 hours notice is requested. This service will be charged at K.5.00 per hour, or part thereof, with a minimum of two hours.

DRESS CODE:
Although, generally speaking, informal attire is part of the Melanesian lifestyle, we request that guests refrain from wearing swim wear, going bare-chested or barefoot in the Restaurant or lobby. It is required that long trousers (or shorts with long socks), shoes and a collared shirt ate worn in the Restaurant and Bar areas at all times.

Bottled water is available for sale from our bars.

A 24-hour off-site service is available.

All E-Mail, phone and fax messages will be placed under your door. Letters for posting may be left at the Reception Desk where postage stamps are available for sale.

MAINTENANCE:
If something in your room is not in working order, please advise us so that we may rectify the matter as soon as possible. Alternatively, please complete a Maintenance Request form, which is placed in your room compendium and drop it at Reception.

Local authorities do not permit any animals to be kept on hotel premises.

The hours of operation are 7.00am to 7.00pm daily. There is no lifeguard in attendance, so children 14 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
