Air Niugini require all passengers to check-in a minimum
of one hour prior to departure. In addition to this please note
that the drive to Madang Airport is approximately 15 minutes.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Airport transfers to and from Madang Airport are complimentary. Early morning departures should he booked before 4.30 pm on the day prior to departure.
BABY SITTING:
Arrangements for a baby sitter can be made through Reception. Please note that 24 hours notice is requested. This service will be charged at K5.00 per hour, or part thereof, with a minimum of two hours.
BAGGAGE:
For collection of luggage from your room, please contact
Reception. Free storage of baggage is available for
guests departing after the usual checkout time of 10.30 am.

DRESS CODE:
Although, generally speaking, informal attire is part of Melanesian lifestyle, we request that guests refrain from wearing swim wear, going bare-chested or barefoot in the Restaurant or lobby. It is required that long trousers (or shorts with long socks), shoes and a collared shirt ate worn in the Restaurant and Bar areas at all times.

The quality of tap water varies in each town. Bottled water is
available for sale in the hotel’s bars.
DRY CLEANING:
Unfortunately, is not available in Madang.

The opening hours of operation are 7.00am to 7.00pm daily. There is no lifeguard in attendance, so children 14 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
