ACCOUNTS:
The Reception Desk is manned 24 hours a day For inquiries regarding settlement of your account please ask for the Front Office Supervisor or Front Office Manager. Cash accounts are to be kept in credit at all times. We are unable to accept cheques as a form of payment, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Hotel Manager.

AIRLINE INFORMATION:
Air Niugini require all passengers to check-in a minimum of one hour prior to departure. In addition to this please note that the drive to Madang Airport is approximately 15 minutes.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Airport transfers to and from Madang Airport are complimentary. Early morning departures should he booked before 4.30 pm on the day prior to departure.

BABY SITTING:
Arrangements for a baby sitter can be made through Reception. Please note that 24 hours notice is requested. This service will be charged at K5.00 per hour, or part thereof, with a minimum of two hours.

BAGGAGE:
For collection of luggage from your room, please contact Reception. Free storage of baggage is available for guests departing after the usual checkout time of 10.30 am.

CAR PARKING:
Free car parking is available 24 hours a day to all house guests. However, please note that the hotel is unable to accept responsibility for vehicles or their contents at any time.

CHECKOUT TIME:
To minimize inconvenience to incoming guests please note that our checkout time is 10am. If you wish an extension on this time please check with the Front Office Manager.

DRESS CODE:
Although, generally speaking, informal attire is part of Melanesian lifestyle, we request that guests refrain from wearing swim wear, going bare-chested or barefoot in the Restaurant or lobby. It is required that long trousers (or shorts with long socks), shoes and a collared shirt ate worn in the Restaurant and Bar areas at all times.

DRINKING WATER:
The quality of tap water varies in each town. Bottled water is available for sale in the hotel’s bars.

DRY CLEANING:
Unfortunately, is not available in Madang.

ELECTRICITY:
Electrical current is 240V - 50 cycles.

EMERGENCY:
Contact the Front Office or the Manager on Duty.

A laundry bag and docket is provided in your room. Laundry collected by 9.00am will be returned the same day.

IRONING:
Should you require clean items to be ironed, a 75% charge of our usual laundry costs will apply.

HAIRDRESSING:
Hairdressing salons are available in the town.

KEY:
Your room key should be left with Reception when leaving the hotel premises.

LOST & FOUND:
For help in locating lost items, please contact Reception.

MAIL & MESSAGES:
All E-Mail, phone and fax messages will be placed under your door. Letters for posting may be left at the Reception Desk, where postage stamps are available for sale.

MAINTENANCE:
If something in your room is not in working order, please call Reception so that we may rectify it as soon as possible. Alternatively, please complete a Maintenance Request form, which is placed in your room compendium.

PETS:
Local authorities do not permit any animals to be kept on hotel premises.

    SAFE DEPOSIT: Guest are advised to deposit their valuables including passports at Reception. the hotel is unable to accept responsibility for articles not deposited for safekeeping.

    SWIMMING POOL:
    The opening hours of operation are 7.00am to 7.00pm daily. There is no lifeguard in attendance, so children 14 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.

    To make a call within PNG, please dial 0, followed by the number. To call an overseas number, dial 0 for an outside line, followed by 05, then followed by the country code and number. International country codes can he found in the telephone directory in your room. IDD calls are cheaper between 10pm to 6.00am each day and all day Sunday.
    The hotel’s telephone system relies on meter pulses generated by Telikom and all calls are automatically charged to your account. Charges are pet unit pulse, and this rate varies on distance, length of call and the time a call is made. Calls within Port Moresby are not timed.
    Calls within the hotel are free of charge and can be made by simply dialing the room or extension number.

    Your television has been tuned for the best available multi-channel cable TV service.
