Getting There
Air Niugini offers 2 flights per day to Madang from Port Moresby. Airlink and other second-level airlines fly daily connecting Madang with Lae, Goroka and Mt Hagen. "The Coasties" courtesy shuttle bus meets all flights into Madang, for a 10-minute ride to the hotel. Sections of the road from Madang to Lae and the highland provinces are less predictable and require a good 4-WD - not for the feint-hearted.
